Fifth Third Bank
MoneyWell is currently having trouble downloading connections via Direct Connect from Fifth Third bank. We're aware of the issue and are making updates to try to resolve this issue. It's possible that it may require an update to MoneyWell.
In the meantime you should still be able to import your transactions by downloading an OFX/QFX file from your online banking and importing it into MoneyWell until we can get it working again.
Update - July 30 2020
We now have a beta version of MoneyWell 3 available which resolves the issue. We hope to release this in the next week or two, but if you'd like to get early access, please contact support (you can use the "Contact us" link at the bottom of this article) and we'll give you access.
